（1）巡查托輥（gǔn)橫向線與帶式輸送機(jī)縱向線的不重合度。大傾角擋邊輸送帶用于輸送易散落的粉狀、粒狀、小塊狀、糊狀及液態(tài)狀物料。其特點(diǎn)：適用于傾角0°-90°散裝物料的輸送；具有使用范圍廣、占地面積小、無轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)點(diǎn)、減少土建投資、維護(hù)費(fèi)用低、維修容易輸送量大連續(xù)化、率、大傾角運(yùn)輸，操作，使用簡便，，運(yùn)費(fèi)低廉，并能縮短運(yùn)輸距離，降低工程造價(jià)，節(jié)省人力物力等特點(diǎn)。如果不重合度值超過3mm，則應(yīng)利用托輥（gǔn)組兩側(cè)的長形安裝孔對其進(jìn)行調(diào)整。具體方法是輸送帶偏向哪一側(cè)，托輥組的哪一側(cè)向輸送帶前進(jìn)的方向前移，或另外一側(cè)后移。

（2）巡查頭、尾機(jī)架安裝軸承(bearing)座的兩個(gè)平面的偏差值。大傾角擋邊輸送帶又叫裙邊隔板輸送帶，是由基帶、擋邊、橫隔板3部分組成。擋邊起防止物料測滑撒落的作用。解決了普通帶和花紋帶所不能達(dá)到的輸送角度；還可根據(jù)使用環(huán)境，設(shè)計(jì)成完整、獨(dú)立的輸送系統(tǒng)，避免了間斷輸送和復(fù)雜輸送的提升系統(tǒng)。可沿水平、傾斜、垂直和變角方向輸送各種散裝物料，從煤、礦石、沙子到化肥和糧食等。若兩平面的偏差大于1mm，則應(yīng)對兩平面調(diào)整在同一平面內(nèi)。頭部滾筒的調(diào)整方法是：若輸送帶向滾筒的右側(cè)跑偏，則滾筒右側(cè)的軸承(bearing)座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動(dòng)或左側(cè)軸承座后移；若輸送帶向滾筒的左側(cè)跑偏，則滾筒左側(cè)的軸承座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動(dòng)或右側(cè)軸承座后移。尾部滾筒的調(diào)整方法與頭部滾筒剛好相反。

The adjustment method of the head drum is: if the conveyor belt deviates to the right side of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side of the drum shall move forward or the bearing seat on the left side shall move backward; if the conveyor belt deviates to the left side of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum shall move forward or the bearing seat on the right side shall move backward. The adjustment method of the tail roller is just opposite to that of the head roller.

（3）巡查物料在輸送帶上的位置（position)。物料在輸送帶橫斷面上不居中，將導(dǎo)致輸送帶跑偏。
