In the course of using nylon conveyor belt, if there is deviation, the following checks should be made to determine the reasons and adjust in time. The parts and treatment methods of nylon conveyor belt deviation frequently checked are as follows:

　?。?）檢查托輥橫向中心線與帶式輸送機(jī)縱向中心線的不重合度。如果不重合度值超過(guò)3mm，則應(yīng)利用托輥組兩側(cè)的長(zhǎng)形安裝孔對(duì)其進(jìn)行調(diào)整。具體方法是輸送帶偏向哪一側(cè)，托輥組的哪一側(cè)向輸送帶前進(jìn)的方向前移，或另外一側(cè)后移。

　　(1) Check the non-coincidence between the transverse center line of idler and the longitudinal center line of belt conveyor. If the coincidence value is not more than 3 mm, the long mounting holes on both sides of the idler group should be used to adjust it. The specific method is that which side of the conveyor belt deviates, which side of the roller group moves forward toward the conveyor belt, or the other side moves backward.

　?。?）檢查頭、尾機(jī)架安裝軸承座的兩個(gè)平面的偏差值。若兩平面的偏差大于1mm，則應(yīng)對(duì)兩平面調(diào)整在同一平面內(nèi)。頭部滾筒的調(diào)整方法是：若輸送帶向滾筒的右側(cè)跑偏，則滾筒右側(cè)的軸承座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動(dòng)或左側(cè)軸承座后移；若輸送帶向滾筒的左側(cè)跑偏，則滾筒左側(cè)的軸承座應(yīng)當(dāng)向前移動(dòng)或右側(cè)軸承座后移。尾部滾筒的調(diào)整方法與頭部滾筒剛好相反。

　　(2) Check the deviation of the two planes of the bearing seat installed on the head and tail frame. If the deviation between the two planes is greater than 1 mm, the two planes should be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the head drum is: if the conveyor belt runs to the right side of the drum, the bearing seat on the right side of the drum should move forward or the bearing seat on the left side should move backward; if the conveyor belt runs to the left side of the drum, the bearing seat on the left side of the drum should move forward or the bearing seat on the right side should move backward. The adjustment method of the tail drum is just the opposite to that of the head drum.

　?。?）檢查物料在輸送帶上的位置。物料在輸送帶橫斷面上不居中，將導(dǎo)致輸送帶跑偏。

　　(3) Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. Material in the conveyor belt cross-section is not in the middle, will lead to conveyor belt deviation.

　　如果物料偏到右側(cè)，則皮帶向左側(cè)跑偏，反之亦然。在使用時(shí)應(yīng)盡可能的讓物料居中。為減少或避免此類輸送帶跑偏可增加擋料板，改變物料的方向和位置。

　　If the material moves to the right, the belt moves to the left and vice versa. When using, the material should be in the middle as far as possible. In order to reduce or avoid the deviation of such conveyor belt, the baffle can be increased and the direction and position of the material can be changed.
