Herringbone pattern

　　特征：帶面上有高于帶體的“人”字型花紋，花紋可是開口也可是封閉的，每一種花紋又可分為高、中、低三種。

　　Characteristic: There are "human" pattern on the belt surface which is higher than the belt body. But the opening of the pattern can also be closed. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

　　用途：適用于≤40度傾角的粉狀、顆粒狀、小塊物料輸送、也可輸送袋裝物料。

　　Usage: Suitable for powder, granular and small pieces of material conveying with inclination less than 40 degrees, or for bagged materials conveying.

　　條狀花紋

　　Stripe pattern

　　特征：帶面上橫有高出帶體的條狀花紋，花紋分為高、中、低三種，每種花紋按排列間距可分為疏、密等形式。

　　Features: There are strip patterns on the surface of the strip which are higher than the strip. The patterns are divided into three types: high, medium and low. Each pattern can be divided into sparse and dense patterns according to the arrangement distance.

　　用途：適用于≤30度傾角的水平輸送包裝物。若在成槽情況下，可代替人字型花紋。

　　Usage: Suitable for transporting packages with inclination less than 30 degrees. In the case of grooving, the herringbone pattern can be replaced.

　　粒狀花紋

　　Granular pattern

　　特征：帶面上有高出帶體或凹嵌入帶體的粒狀花紋，也可將凹坑制成方孔形或棱形和布紋形。 用途：凸粒狀花紋適用于軟包裝物或需有抓著力的物料輸送（如紙板箱）或無滑動(dòng)輸送。

　　Characteristic: There are granular patterns on the surface of the belt which are higher than the belt body or concave embedded belt body. The pits can also be made into square hole or prism and cloth pattern. Usage: The convex grain pattern is suitable for conveying soft packages or materials requiring grabbing force (such as cardboard boxes) or non-sliding conveying.

　　凹坑形粒狀花紋適用于≤45度傾角的粒狀物輸送。

　　The pit-shaped grain pattern is suitable for conveying granular materials with an inclination of less than 45 degrees.

　　扇形花紋

　　Fanlike pattern

　　特征：帶面上有呈半扇形（或1/4圓型）花紋。當(dāng)膠帶成槽時(shí)花紋合擾成扇形（或半圓形）、屬高花紋類。

　　Characteristic: There is a half fan (or 1/4 circle) pattern on the belt surface. When the tape is grooved, the pattern is fan-shaped (or semi-circular) and belongs to the high pattern category.

　　用途：適用于≤60度大傾角輸送粉、顆粒及塊狀物料。

　　Usage: Suitable for conveying powder, granules and bulk materials at large inclination (< 60 degrees).

　　花紋輸送帶是由基帶和花紋兩部分組成，由于運(yùn)送物料不同和輸送傾角大小不同，要求花紋形狀和高度也不同。

　　Patterned conveyor belt is composed of baseband and patterned parts. Because of different conveying materials and different conveying inclination, patterned shapes and heights are required.
