The transmission belt is the same as the mechanical equipment in the use process. We must take good care of it, follow the correct operation method and maintain it correctly and reasonably, so as to prolong its service life better. 　　注1:皮帶清洗

　　三角形皮帶沾有黃油、油漬等容易打滑和加速損壞的油漬，應(yīng)及時(shí)用汽油清洗，也可用堿性水等清洗劑清洗，切勿用油漬操作。

　　The triangular belt is covered with oil stains which are easy to slip and accelerate damage, such as butter and oil stains. It should be cleaned with gasoline or alkaline water in time. Do not use oil stains to operate.

　　注2:更換皮帶

　　Note 2: Replacement of belt

　　如果一組使用多個(gè)三角皮帶，如果其中一個(gè)或部分三角皮帶有效，則應(yīng)同時(shí)更換其他三角皮帶，不能將新舊皮帶同時(shí)更換。

　　If a group uses more than one triangular belt, if one or part of the triangular belt is valid, the other triangular belt should be replaced at the same time, instead of replacing the old and new belt at the same time.

　　注3:傳動(dòng)帶的裝卸

　　安裝前檢查主動(dòng)輪、被動(dòng)輪、張力輪是否在同一平面內(nèi)。一般來說，當(dāng)中心距小于1 m時(shí)，兩根皮帶輪的允許偏差為2- 3mm，當(dāng)中心距大于1 m時(shí)，允許偏差為3- 4mm。如果偏差過大，應(yīng)在安裝和張緊前進(jìn)行調(diào)整，以滿足要求。在裝卸過程中，應(yīng)先松開張緊輪，或先拆下無窮大變速末端的輪盤，然后安裝或拆下皮帶。

　　Before installation, check whether the driving wheel, the passive wheel and the tension wheel are in the same plane. Generally speaking, when the center distance is less than 1 m, the allowable deviation of two pulleys is 2 - 3 mm, and when the center distance is more than 1 m, the allowable deviation is 3 - 4 mm. If the deviation is too large, adjustments should be made before installation and tension to meet the requirements. In the process of loading and unloading, the tensioning wheel should be loosened, or the wheel disc at the end of infinite speed change should be dismantled first, then the belt should be installed or dismantled.

　　當(dāng)新的三角皮帶太緊不能裝卸時(shí)，應(yīng)先拆下皮帶輪。膠帶蓋好或取下后，應(yīng)安裝皮帶輪，不得硬取下。一般連接的v形皮帶應(yīng)在裝卸后卸下。

　　When the new triangular belt is too tight to be loaded and unloaded, the pulley should be removed first. When the tape is covered or removed, the belt pulley should be installed and not taken off. The V-belt of general connection should be unloaded after loading and unloading.

　　注4:皮帶張緊

　　Note 4: Belt tension

　　皮帶的張緊度由張緊輪調(diào)節(jié)，皮帶過緊會(huì)使皮帶磨損嚴(yán)重，過松容易產(chǎn)生打滑現(xiàn)象，使三角皮帶磨損嚴(yán)重甚燒壞。一般在2發(fā)子彈距1米左右時(shí)，用手指按三角帶中心，應(yīng)垂直下落10-20毫米。皮帶張力應(yīng)隨時(shí)檢查和調(diào)整。

　　The belt tension is regulated by the tension wheel. Over-tightening of the belt will cause serious wear and tear of the belt. Over-loosening of the belt will easily cause slippage, which will cause serious wear and even burn of the triangular belt. Generally, when the distance between two rounds of bullets is about 1 meter, the center of the triangle belt should be pressed with the finger, and it should fall 10-20 mm vertically. The belt tension should be checked and adjusted at any time.

　　注5:膠帶工作溫度

　　Note 5: Tape Working Temperature

　　皮帶的工作溫度一般不應(yīng)超過60℃。測試方法是:停止工作后，立即用手觸摸皮帶。如果你的手停留在皮帶上1分鐘而不感到很熱，溫度不高。如果熱那么不能停止1分鐘，溫度太高，應(yīng)該找出原因，及時(shí)。

　　The working temperature of the belt should not exceed 60 C. The test method is to touch the belt immediately after stopping working. If your hand stays on the belt for a minute without feeling very hot, the temperature is not high. If the heat can not stop for 1 minute, the temperature is too high, we should find out the reason and eliminate it in time.

　　注6:更換傳動(dòng)輪

　　Note 6: Replacement of transmission wheels

　　皮帶輪可能出現(xiàn)變形、開裂、軸承磨損或鑰匙松動(dòng)、孔磨損等，應(yīng)及時(shí)修復(fù)或更換。每一季結(jié)束后，維護(hù)收割機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)將皮帶卸下，懸掛在通風(fēng)干燥處，或松開張力輪，使皮帶處于放松狀態(tài)。

　　Belt pulley may be deformed, cracked, bearing wear or key loosening, hole wear, etc., should be repaired or replaced in time. At the end of each season, when maintaining the harvester, the belt should be unloaded, suspended in a ventilated and dry place, or the tension wheel should be loosened so that the belt is in a relaxed state.
