So how to adjust the offset of flexible conveyor sprocket?
柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件不平衡有四種基本類(lèi)型:靜不平衡、力偶不平衡、動(dòng)不平衡和準(zhǔn)靜不平衡。當(dāng)柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件靜不平衡時(shí),不平衡僅作用于柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件的徑向平面,具有以下特點(diǎn):
There are four basic types of unbalance of sprocket assembly of flexible conveyor: static unbalance, couple unbalance, dynamic unbalance and quasi-static unbalance. When the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly is statically unbalanced, the imbalance only acts on the radial plane of the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly, which has the following characteristics:
(1)只要柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件的慣性軸相對(duì)于旋轉(zhuǎn)軸平行位移,柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件就會(huì)靜態(tài)不平衡;

(1) As long as the central inertia axis of the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly displaces parallel to the rotation axis, the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly will be statically unbalanced;
(2)當(dāng)柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件靜不平衡時(shí),旋轉(zhuǎn)軸與主慣性線(xiàn)平行;
(2) When the sprocket assembly of flexible conveyor is statically unbalanced, the rotating axis is parallel to the central main inertia line;
(3)當(dāng)柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),只有質(zhì)量m產(chǎn)生的離心力和靜不平衡力,而不平衡力偶為零;
(3) When the sprocket assembly of flexible conveyor rotates, only the centrifugal force and static unbalanced force generated by the center of gravity mass m, and the unbalanced couple is zero;
(4)當(dāng)存在靜不平衡質(zhì)量mr時(shí),柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪組件的在靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下相對(duì)于旋轉(zhuǎn)軸向的偏差。
(4) When there is a static unbalanced mass Mr, the deviation of the center of gravity of the flexible conveyor sprocket assembly relative to the rotating axis in the static state.
(5)當(dāng)柔性輸送機(jī)鏈輪處于靜態(tài)狀態(tài)時(shí),可以觀察到不平衡,可以在平面和不平衡反方向增加一個(gè)重物,或者在同一方向減去一個(gè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行校正。
(5) When the flexible conveyor sprocket is in the static state, the imbalance can be observed. A weight can be added in the center of gravity plane and the opposite direction of the imbalance, or a mass can be subtracted in the same direction for correction.
