1.標(biāo)識(shí)刮傷的一部分
1. Mark part of the scratch
挑選一條比輸送帶損傷一部分大3-5cm的維修帶,并以刮傷一部分為管理開(kāi)展標(biāo)識(shí),為事后打磨拋光做準(zhǔn)備。
Select a repair belt which is 3-5cm larger than the damaged part of the conveyor belt, and mark the scraped part as the management center to prepare for polishing afterwards.
2.毀壞零件的研磨
2. Grinding of damaged parts
應(yīng)用磨光機(jī)和鎢鋼材料石滾研磨刮傷的一部分。毀壞零件的研磨深層應(yīng)超過(guò)維修條的薄厚,以避免 維修條被掃地車(chē)刮掉。
A part of the scrape is ground by grinding machine and tungsten steel stone roll. The grinding depth of the damaged parts should exceed the thickness of the repair strip to avoid being scraped off by the sweeper.
3.清理黏合構(gòu)件
3. Clean the bonding components
清潔劑SK353用以清理打磨拋光一部分和半硫化鈦酸異丙酯萘層的修補(bǔ)條一部分。
The cleaner sk353 is used to clean and polish part of the repair strip and part of the repair strip of the semi sulfurized isopropyl titanate naphthalene layer.

4.擦抹冷干固黏合劑
4. Wipe the cold dry adhesive
將冷硫化膠SK313和環(huán)氧固化劑UT-R40的混和水溶液涂在輸送帶的粘合表面,次干躁后再涂。接著,修補(bǔ)條的半硫化鈦酸異丙酯萘層也再度被涂敷,并在晾曬時(shí)黏貼這雙層,直覺(jué)得到輕度沾手的覺(jué)得。
The mixed water solution of cold vulcanizate sk313 and epoxy curing agent ut-r40 was applied to the adhesive surface of conveyor belt, and then applied after the first drying. Then, the semi sulfurized isopropyl titanate naphthalene layer of the repair strip is coated again, and the double layer is stuck in the air until it is slightly touched.
注:混膠液體輸送帶的粘合面應(yīng)刷涂二遍,修補(bǔ)條應(yīng)刷涂一遍。
Note: the adhesive surface of glue mixing liquid conveyor belt should be brushed twice, and the repair strip should be brushed once.
5.黏貼RIT貼片式條
5. Stick RIT patch strip
黏貼修補(bǔ)條時(shí),用卡緊輥卡緊,并沿修補(bǔ)條邊沿再度刷冷硫化膠SK313溶液。
When sticking the repair strip, clamp it with the clamping roller, and brush the cold vulcanizate sk313 solution along the edge of the repair strip again.
6.鋼筋搭接維修條
6. Reinforcement lap repair strip
刮傷一部分超出10米后,必須對(duì)修補(bǔ)條開(kāi)展研磨,研磨方式選用如下圖所示的方式。
After a part of the scratch exceeds 10 meters, the repair strip must be ground. The grinding method is shown in the figure below.
備注名稱(chēng);假如輸送帶被徹底刮傷,掘進(jìn)工作面和非掘進(jìn)工作面都應(yīng)黏貼。
Note the name: if the conveyor belt is completely scratched, both the heading face and the non heading face should be pasted.
