1. 主要材料,普通輸送帶的包覆膠主要是天然橡膠,或少量添加SBR。SBR是耐高溫輸送帶包膠的主要原料。SBR包膠的碳化層具有較好的耐熱性和耐老化性。三元乙丙橡膠也可用作覆蓋材料。經(jīng)博橡膠多年生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),在epdm橡膠中作為一種覆蓋膠原的材料,對(duì)覆蓋膠的抗氧化性和耐熱性都很好,缺點(diǎn)是地核和覆蓋膠的膠結(jié)度不夠,碳化形成緩慢。

2. 硫化系統(tǒng)一般采用普通硫,橡膠中多硫鍵較多,但在熱氧老化階段性能迅速下降,碳化層在形成前已失去其價(jià)值。耐熱輸送帶更好采用硫體,使橡膠材料中單硫鍵和雙硫鍵的比例達(dá)到90%,熱氧老化階段的性能不降低,可形成碳化層。另外,為了保持碳化層開裂均勻,應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加氧化鋅的用量,以提高橡膠的導(dǎo)熱性。
