Today we will introduce our knowledge about glue and core slurry transfer.

　　一、什么是膠漿和芯漿:

　　1. What is mortar and core slurry?

　　膠芯膠是溶解在溶劑中形成一定粘度的膠芯膠。經(jīng)溶劑揮發(fā)后，其成分與芯膠完全相同。

　　Core rubber is a kind of core rubber which dissolves in solvent to form a certain viscosity. After solvent evaporation, its composition is ident to that of core rubber.

　　在輸送帶過程中，常用的膠水是指:用芯膠和溶劑(如甲苯、二甲苯、溶劑汽油等)按1:5-1:6的比例調(diào)制而成。

　　In the conveyor belt process, the commonly used glue refers to: using core glue and solvent (such as toluene, xylene, solvent gasoline, etc.) in proportion of 1:5-1:6.

　　芯膠是由壓延機(jī)薄膜進(jìn)行壓延的，其分子順序是通過取向，從力學(xué)角度看具有各向異性，所以沿壓延方向拉伸性能好，抗疲勞性能好。溶劑中的橡膠分子是隨機(jī)排列的，各向同性的。

　　Core glue is calendered by calender film. Its molecular order is orientation. It has anisotropy from the mechanical point of view. Therefore, it has good tensile properties and fatigue resistance along the calendering direction. Rubber molecules in solvents are randomly arranged and isotropic.

　　兩者的角色是什么?

　　膠水的作用:

　　The function of glue:

　　通過溶劑良好的流動性和滲透性，溶解在熔融基體中的橡膠能充分進(jìn)入織物，使橡膠能更好地與織物結(jié)合。

　　Through the good fluidity and permeability of the solvent, the rubber dissolved in the melt matrix can fully enter the fabric, so that the rubber can better combine with the fabric.

　　芯膠功能:

　　Core glue function:

　　使帶布層粘合在一起,與此同時(shí),傳送帶由于不同厚度引起的層間應(yīng)力、變形的差異,和學(xué)習(xí)一些毀滅性的能量,所以核心膠水在傳送帶上不可或缺的一部分,一些外國制造商為了延長使用壽命,通常采用的方法增厚橡膠芯的厚度。

　　At the same time, because of the difference of stress and deformation between layers caused by different thickness of conveyor belt and learning some destructive energy, the core glue is an indispensable part of conveyor belt. In order to prolong service life, some foreign manufacturers usually use the method of thickening the thickness of rubber core.

　　在這里我們以金自豪的輸送帶來說明，如果只使用刷膠而不使用芯膠，那么膠的厚度在布層之間的連接處相對較薄，其使用效果也會有影響。

　　二、有客戶會問，不同廠家的芯膠能混嗎?

　　Second, some customers will ask, can the core glue from different manufacturers be mixed?

　　這里我們不金傲輸送帶與不同廠家的芯膠混合，因?yàn)椴煌瑥S家的芯膠配方是不一樣的。橡膠中有很多種復(fù)配劑，其中一些會發(fā)生相互作用。在同一廠家的配方中，不會出現(xiàn)有不良反應(yīng)的配合劑。然而，不同廠家的配方卻大不相同。

　　Here we do not recommend Jinao conveyor belt mixed with different manufacturers of core rubber, because different manufacturers of core rubber formula is different. There are many kinds of compounds in rubber, some of which interact with each other. In the same manufacturer's formulation, there will be no adverse reactions of the formulation. However, the recipes of different manufacturers are quite different.

　　三、其他一些施工單位一般不提倡使用密封劑，這是為什么呢?

　　Third, some other construction units generally do not advocate the use of sealants, which is why?

　　金甌輸送帶認(rèn)為密封膠的作用主要是將兩端硫化在一起，還能防止水等有害介質(zhì)的侵入，防止清掃車損壞接頭。

　　Jinou conveyor belt believes that the main function of sealant is to vulcanize the two ends together, but also to prevent the invasion of harmful media such as water, to prevent the sweeper from damaging the joints.

　　因此，要使硫化接頭的使用壽命與帶體同步，延長帶體的使用壽命必須使用密封劑。

　　此外，使用密封膠做硫化接頭會增加成本，也會提高橡膠接頭的難度，所以一些施工單位不會提倡使用密封膠。事實(shí)上，這對輸送帶的使用壽命產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響。
