輸送帶的生產(chǎn)之前離不開(kāi)哪些步驟的輔助?

1.烘干
1. Drying
華鋒橡塑保送帶的引見(jiàn),帆布進(jìn)壓延機(jī)之前都要烘干,烘干條件要在快速消費(fèi)時(shí)取樣測(cè)定帆布經(jīng)烘干后的含水宰來(lái)決議,請(qǐng)求烘干后的含水率為1%~3%,含水率超越時(shí)要進(jìn)步烘干溫度。

帆布擦膠、貼膠及壓膠片的膠料進(jìn)壓延機(jī)之前都要經(jīng)粗煉及熱煉。粗煉的工藝條件普通為前輥約50℃,后輥約45℃,膠片厚度不大于8mm,經(jīng)過(guò)輥簡(jiǎn)3次以上.熱煉的工藝條件普通為前輥溫度約為65℃,后輥約為60℃。膠片的膠種不同,輥溫要有調(diào)糧。膠片厚度不大于8mm,經(jīng)過(guò)輥簡(jiǎn)4次以上,使送到壓延機(jī)的膠料溫度穩(wěn)定,從而使壓延的膠片及貼膠厚度穩(wěn)定。
Canvas rubbing, gluing and pressing film must be roughened and heated before entering calender. Roughening process conditions are generally about 50 C for the front roll, 45 C for the back roll, no more than 8 mm for the film thickness, and more than three times for the roll. Hot smelting process conditions are generally about 65 C for the front roll and 60 C for the back roll. Different kinds of film, roll temperature should be adjusted. The thickness of film is not more than 8 mm, and the temperature of the compound sent to the calender is stable after four times of roll reduction, thus the thickness of calendered film and paste is stable.
