我公司山東輸送帶設(shè)備在使用過程中，輸送帶作為易耗品部件需要經(jīng)常更換，在選擇和購買時要注意產(chǎn)品的本身質(zhì)量，不能一概而論地貪圖便宜，給設(shè)備造成損壞，甚造成整條生產(chǎn)線的停產(chǎn)。

造成輸送帶跑偏的原因很多，一般是因為設(shè)備沒有調(diào)整好，還有就是皮帶在制作過程中出現(xiàn)誤差而導(dǎo)致喇叭口跑偏。

帶頭傳動的滾筒或尾部改向滾筒的軸線與輸送機線不垂直，造成輸送帶在轉(zhuǎn)頭或尾端轉(zhuǎn)向滾筒時，輸送帶跑偏時輸送帶在滾筒兩側(cè)的松緊度不一致，沿寬度方向的牽引力 Fq也不一致，成遞增或遞減趨勢這樣就會使輸送帶跑偏。

調(diào)節(jié)方法為：對于輸送帶向滾筒右側(cè)跑偏時，應(yīng)將右方軸承座向前移動，輸送帶向滾筒的左側(cè)跑偏，則左側(cè)軸承座應(yīng)向前移動，相對應(yīng)的也可將左側(cè)軸承座后移或右側(cè)軸承座后移。尾輥的調(diào)節(jié)方法正好與卷筒的調(diào)整法相反。在調(diào)整傳動帶之前，山東輸送帶經(jīng)過反復(fù)調(diào)整，更好在調(diào)整傳動或換向滾筒之前準(zhǔn)確安裝其位置。

軋輥外表面的加工誤差、粘料或磨損不均勻，導(dǎo)致輸送帶向直徑較大一側(cè)跑偏。

此種情況下的解決辦法是清理干凈滾筒表面的膠粘，加工誤差和磨損不均勻的就要更換，重新加工包膠處理。
