食品輸送帶在運(yùn)輸和貯存種，應(yīng)保持清潔避免陽光直射或雨、雪浸淋，防止與酸、堿油類、有機(jī)溶劑等物質(zhì)接觸，并距離發(fā)熱裝置一米以外。

貯存時(shí)倉庫內(nèi)溫度宜保持 -18℃ - 40℃ 之間，相對(duì)溫度宜保持在50-80%RH之間。貯存期間，產(chǎn)品需成卷放置，不得折疊，放置期間應(yīng)每季翻動(dòng)一次。不同類型、規(guī)格層數(shù)的輸送帶不宜接在一起使用，其接頭更好采用膠接法。

輸送帶的類型、結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)格、層數(shù)應(yīng)根據(jù)使用條件合理選用。輸送帶運(yùn)行速度一般不宜大與2.5米/秒，塊度大，磨損性大的物料和使用固定犁型卸料裝置應(yīng)盡量采用低速。輸送機(jī)的傳動(dòng)滾筒直徑與輸送帶布層的關(guān)第、傳誦滾筒、改向滾筒的配套以及對(duì)托輥槽角的要求應(yīng)根據(jù)運(yùn)輸機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定，合理選取。

給料方向應(yīng)順膠帶的運(yùn)行方向，為減少物料下落時(shí)對(duì)膠帶的沖擊應(yīng)采用溜槽，減少物料下落距離；膠帶受料段應(yīng)縮短托輥間距和采用緩沖托輥，為防止漏料，帶側(cè)應(yīng)采用柔軟適度的擋料板，以避免擋料板過硬，刮破輸送帶的帶面。

使用注意事項(xiàng)：
Precautions for use:
(1) 避免托輥被物料覆蓋，造成回轉(zhuǎn)不靈，防止漏料卡于滾筒與膠帶之間，注意活動(dòng)部分的潤滑，但不得油污輸送帶；
(1) Prevent the idler from being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation, prevent material leakage from being stuck between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part, but do not oil the conveyor belt;
(2)避免帶負(fù)荷啟動(dòng)；
(2) Avoid starting with load;
(3)膠帶發(fā)生跑偏，應(yīng)該及時(shí)采取措施糾正；

(4)發(fā)現(xiàn)膠帶局部操作應(yīng)該及時(shí)修補(bǔ)，以免擴(kuò)大；

(5)避免膠帶遭受機(jī)架，支柱或塊狀物料的阻滯，防止碰破扯裂。
