1、 接頭的辦法: 橡膠保送帶接頭的辦法有:機(jī)械接頭、冷粘接頭、熱硫化接頭號(hào)幾個(gè)常用的辦法。 機(jī)械接頭普通是指運(yùn)用皮帶扣接頭,這種接頭辦法便當(dāng)便利,也比擬經(jīng)濟(jì),但是接頭的效率低,容易損壞,對(duì)橡膠保送帶產(chǎn)品的運(yùn)用壽命有一定影響。 PVC和PVG整芯阻燃抗靜電橡膠保送帶接頭中,普通8級(jí)帶以下的產(chǎn)品都采用這種接頭辦法。
1. Joint method: Rubber delivery belt joint method: mechanical joint, cold bonded joint, hot vulcanized joint number several commonly used methods. Mechanical joints generally refer to the use of belt fasteners, which is convenient and economical, but the efficiency of the joints is low and easy to damage, which has a certain impact on the service life of rubber belts. In the joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant and antistatic rubber belts, the common products below grade 8 belts adopt this joint method.
2、冷粘接頭:即采用冷粘粘合劑來停止接頭。這種接頭方法比機(jī)械接頭的效率高,也比擬經(jīng)濟(jì),應(yīng)該可以有比擬好的接頭效果,但是從理論來看,由于工藝條件比擬難控制,另外粘合劑的質(zhì)量對(duì)接頭的影響十分大,所以不是很穩(wěn)定。 熱硫化接頭,理論證明是理想的一種接頭辦法,可以保證高的接頭效率,同時(shí)也十分穩(wěn)定,接頭壽命也很長(zhǎng),容易控制。但是存在工藝費(fèi)事、費(fèi)用高、接頭時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等缺陷。
2. Cold-bonded joint: that is, cold-bonded adhesive is used to stop the joint. This kind of joint method is more efficient and economical than mechanical joint. It should have better joint effect. But theoretically, it is not very stable because the process conditions are difficult to control and the quality of adhesives has a great influence on the joint. Thermally vulcanized joints have been proved to be the most ideal joint method, which can ensure high joint efficiency, stability, long service life and easy to control. However, there are some defects, such as technics trouble, high cost and long joint time.

3、分層橡膠保送帶的接頭: 能夠依據(jù)需求采用機(jī)械接頭、冷粘接頭、熱硫化接頭號(hào)接頭辦法。普通冷粘接頭、熱硫化接頭采取的是階梯式構(gòu)造接頭。
3. Joints of laminated rubber belts: Mechanical joints, cold-bonded joints and hot-vulcanized joints can be used according to requirements. The common cold-bonded and hot-vulcanized joints adopt stepped joints.
4、PVC和PVG整芯阻燃橡膠保送帶的接頭: 由于整芯帶的構(gòu)造比擬特殊,接頭不太容易,所以大多數(shù)采用機(jī)械接頭方法,即皮帶扣接頭。但是8級(jí)以上的橡膠保送帶,為了保證接頭效果,普通還是采用熱硫化接頭的辦法。接頭的構(gòu)造都是指狀接頭。PVC和PVG整芯阻燃橡膠保送帶的熱硫化接頭工藝比擬復(fù)雜,對(duì)設(shè)備的請(qǐng)求也比擬高。
4. Joints of PVC and PVG Whole-core flame-retardant rubber belts: Because of the special structure of the Whole-core belts, the joints are not easy, so most of them adopt mechanical joint method, namely belt buckle joint. However, in order to ensure the effect of joints, the rubber belts with grade 8 or above are usually hot vulcanized joints. The joints are all finger joints. The process of hot vulcanized joints of PVC and PVG whole core flame retardant rubber belts is comparatively complex, and the requirements for equipment are also comparatively high.
