步驟1、使用修補(bǔ)條之前應(yīng)把破損的輸送帶表面用打磨機(jī)或橡膠銼刀進(jìn)行打毛處理。

Step 1. Before using the repair strip, roughen the damaged conveyor belt surface with a grinder or rubber file.

步驟2、將SC2002與固化劑UT-R40按100:4的比例混合均勻，混合后的SC2002應(yīng)在2小時(shí)內(nèi)使用完。

Step 2. Mix sc2002 and curing agent ut-r40 evenly in the proportion of 100:4, and the mixed sc2002 shall be used up within 2 hours.

步驟3、用毛刷將混合后的SC2002涂刷在輸送帶破損表面，先涂刷遍，完全干燥之后再進(jìn)行第二遍涂刷。

Step 3. Brush the mixed sc2002 on the damaged surface of the conveyor belt with a brush, first brush it for the first time, and then brush it for the second time after it is completely dry.

步驟4、在輸送帶表面進(jìn)行第二遍涂刷的同時(shí)，對(duì)修補(bǔ)條的CN層也進(jìn)行涂刷 。

步驟5、當(dāng)?shù)诙楦稍锏接休p度粘性時(shí)（不粘手背），將修補(bǔ)條貼在需要修補(bǔ)的表面。

Step 5. When the second time of drying is slightly sticky (not sticky to the back of the hand), stick the repair strip on the surface to be repaired.

步驟6、粘貼修補(bǔ)條時(shí)注意擠出氣泡，需要用壓實(shí)滾輪從中間向外用力滾壓，然后再使用橡膠錘敲打結(jié)實(shí)。

Step 6. When pasting the repair strip, pay attention to extruding bubbles. Use the compaction roller to roll from the middle to the outside, and then use the rubber hammer to knock it firmly.

步驟7、Z后，沿著修補(bǔ)條的邊緣部分，用毛刷再刷一圈混合后的SC2002，將修補(bǔ)條邊緣覆蓋住。

步驟8、充分干燥后，2小時(shí)后可開機(jī)運(yùn)行。
