1. Plate vulcanization is not recommended when the vulcanization temperature is lower than 143 ℃.

2.硫化不同規(guī)格的帶子及可連續(xù)硫化的帶子時(shí)，布層相差不超過(guò)2層，寬度相差一般不超過(guò)200mm，正硫化時(shí)間相差不超過(guò)2min，建議按照時(shí)間長(zhǎng)者進(jìn)行硫化。

2. When vulcanizing tapes of different specifications and continuously vulcanizable tapes, the difference between cloth layers shall not exceed 2 layers, the difference in width shall not exceed 200mm, and the difference in positive vulcanization time shall not exceed 2min. It is recommended to vulcanize according to the longer time.

3.按批號(hào)卡片嚴(yán)格檢查帶坯寬度、厚度以及外觀質(zhì)量情況，根據(jù)壓縮比配備墊鐵。

3. Strictly check the width, thickness and appearance quality of belt blank according to the batch number card, and equip sizing block according to the compression ratio.

4.橡膠輸送帶硫化過(guò)程中一定要嚴(yán)格控制硫化溫度、時(shí)間和壓力。輸送帶中摻用再生膠降低成本時(shí)，應(yīng)綜合考慮再生膠的加工溫度，適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)硫化參數(shù)。

4. Vulcanization temperature, time and pressure must be strictly controlled during vulcanization of rubber conveyor belt. When adding reclaimed rubber to the conveyor belt to reduce the cost, the processing temperature of reclaimed rubber should be comprehensively considered and the vulcanization parameters should be adjusted appropriately.

5.橡膠輸送帶硫化時(shí)如果遇到水門(mén)漏水、水壓突然下降規(guī)定以下時(shí)，只允許硫化完該段輸送帶，壓力不恢復(fù)正常不得繼續(xù)硫化。

5. When vulcanizing the rubber conveyor belt, if the water gate leaks and the water pressure suddenly drops below the specified value, it is only allowed to vulcanize the conveyor belt at this section, and the vulcanization shall not continue until the pressure returns to normal.

6.輸送帶硫化過(guò)程中發(fā)生問(wèn)題必須終斷30min以上時(shí)，應(yīng)關(guān)閉進(jìn)汽閥門(mén)，并用木杠子將帶子墊起，使之全部離開(kāi)熱板。

6. When the conveyor belt has problems during vulcanization and must be broken for more than 30min, the steam inlet valve shall be closed, and the belt shall be padded with a wooden bar to make it all leave the hot plate.

7.硫化出板時(shí)開(kāi)車(chē)者必須注視平板內(nèi)的輸送帶，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)起泡應(yīng)立即戳穿，開(kāi)出平板后，再用力將泡剖開(kāi)，以防氣泡膨脹使氣泡擴(kuò)大造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p失。

7. When vulcanizing the plate, the driver must look at the conveyor belt in the plate. If bubbles are found, they shall be punctured immediately. After opening the plate, the bubbles shall be cut open with force to prevent bubble expansion and serious loss.

8.在正常情況下，帶坯裝到平板里，偏裝現(xiàn)象不得超過(guò)50mm，硫化后的帶子兩側(cè)厚度偏差不得超過(guò)0.5mm。

8. Under normal conditions, when the belt blank is installed in the flat plate, the deviation shall not exceed 50mm, and the thickness deviation on both sides of the vulcanized belt shall not exceed 0.5mm.

9.橡膠輸送帶硫化時(shí)使用硅油、汽油作為隔離劑時(shí)，硅油：汽油=1:20（質(zhì)量比）。

9. When silicone oil and gasoline are used as separators during vulcanization of rubber conveyor belt, silicone oil: gasoline = 1:20 (mass ratio).

10.橡膠輸送帶硫化接頭同規(guī)格不必串板，可直接進(jìn)行硫化。但串帶子時(shí)不得重復(fù)硫化三次。兩條不同寬度的帶子不能并條硫化。

10. The vulcanization joint of the rubber conveyor belt has the same specification and does not need to be connected with the plate, so it can be vulcanized directly. However, the belt shall not be vulcanized for three times. Two tapes of different widths cannot be vulcanized together.
