(1) EPDM compound, EPDM compound is the most commonly used material in high temperature conveyor belt. Its processing performance, physical and mechanical properties are very good, and the price is cheaper in several materials. However, it can be seen from the above table that its high temperature resistance is the worst of all materials, and it can not withstand the long-term test of 180 ℃.

此外，EPDM與其他材料的粘附性較差，給制造輸送帶中間帶夾層帶來了一定的困難。耐熱輸送帶的原料，膠帶廣泛用于礦產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸、加工制造等各種傳動(dòng)設(shè)備中，具有耐彎曲、耐老化、耐高溫、壽命長等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

In addition, the adhesion between EPDM and other materials is poor, which brings some difficulties to the manufacture of intermediate belt interlayer. As the raw material of heat-resistant conveyor belt, the belt is widely used in mineral products transportation, processing and manufacturing and other transmission equipment. It has the advantages of bending resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance and long service life.

(2)丙烯酸酯橡膠也是一種常用的耐高溫橡膠材料，其耐高溫性能優(yōu)于三元乙丙橡膠，長期在180℃的高溫下使用，性能良好，是耐油、耐化學(xué)品的優(yōu)良載體。但是丙烯酸酯橡膠的生產(chǎn)工藝比較復(fù)雜。使用TCY系統(tǒng)，硫化速度過快，易燒焦，不宜作大型輸送帶；采用油酸鹽硫化，硫化物性較差，必須進(jìn)行二段硫化，影響生產(chǎn)效率。

(2) Acrylic rubber is also a common high temperature resistant rubber material, its high temperature resistance is better than EPDM, long-term use at 180 ℃ high temperature, good performance, is an excellent carrier of oil resistance and chemical resistance. But the production process of acrylic rubber is complex. If tcy system is used, the vulcanization speed is too fast and easy to scorch, so it is not suitable for large conveyor belt; if oleate is used for vulcanization, the sulfide property is poor, so the second stage vulcanization must be carried out, which affects the production efficiency.

(3)乙華平橡膠是一種新型橡膠材料，其聚合單體為乙烯醋酸乙酯(EVA)，與丙烯酸酯橡膠在耐介質(zhì)、耐高溫性能上十分接近。它的市場(chǎng)與國產(chǎn)丙烯酸酯橡膠相當(dāng)，且加工工藝性能好，可大量充填，粘著性好。因而是一種理想的丙烯酸橡膠的替代品，在輸送帶的應(yīng)用中也具有良好的前景。

(3) EVA is a new type of rubber material. Its monomer is Eva, which is very close to acrylate rubber in medium resistance and high temperature resistance. Its market price is similar to that of domestic acrylic rubber, and its processing performance is good. It can be filled in large quantities and has good adhesion. Therefore, it is an ideal substitute for acrylic rubber and has a good prospect in the application of conveyor belt.

(4)氟橡膠具有非常優(yōu)異的耐高溫、耐介質(zhì)、阻燃等物理機(jī)械性能。通常使用的溫度可以達(dá)到220℃，是其中更好的一種。但氟橡膠昂貴，不易大量充填，膠粘性能較差，需要二段硫化，工藝復(fù)雜。因此，在沒有特殊要求的情況下，它很少用于輸送帶。

(4) Fluororubber has excellent physical and mechanical properties such as high temperature resistance, medium resistance and flame retardancy. Generally, the temperature can reach 220 ℃, which is the best one. However, fluororubber is expensive, difficult to fill in a large amount, poor adhesive properties, need two-stage vulcanization, and the process is complex. Therefore, in the absence of special requirements, it is rarely used for conveyor belt.

(5)聯(lián)炭三元乙丙橡膠一種炭黑化包覆三元乙丙橡膠，即在合成三元乙丙橡膠時(shí)，將20%~30%的炭黑加入其中，使其分子均勻地包覆在橡膠分子表面。由于其獨(dú)特的合成方法和結(jié)構(gòu)，該EPDM材料的耐高溫性能比普通EPDM材料有更好的表現(xiàn)。從上面的表格可以看出，它在180℃的溫度下仍能保持良好的性能，而且低廉，物理機(jī)械性能優(yōu)良。其另一大特點(diǎn)是膠體為分散顆粒狀，用于捏煉生產(chǎn)，分散速度快，能提高生產(chǎn)效率。不利之處是已有炭黑填充，因此不能再大量地填充炭黑，粘附性也較差。

(5) Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is a kind of carbon black coated EPDM. In the synthesis of EPDM, 20% ~ 30% carbon black is added to make its molecules uniformly coated on the surface of rubber molecules. Due to its unique synthesis method and structure, the high temperature resistance of the EPDM material is better than that of ordinary EPDM material. It can be seen from the above table that it can still maintain good performance at 180 ℃, and has low price and excellent physical and mechanical properties. The other characteristic is that the colloid is dispersed granular, which can be used in kneading production with high dispersion speed and high production efficiency. The disadvantage is that the carbon black has been filled, so it can not be filled with a large amount of carbon black, and the adhesion is poor.
