大傾角波狀擋邊帶由基帶、擋邊和橫隔3部分組成。擋邊起防止物料測(cè)滑撒落的作用。為便于繞過(guò)滾筒，同時(shí)避免擋板的拉扯損壞，檔邊設(shè)計(jì)成波紋狀；橫隔板的作用是承托物料，為了實(shí)現(xiàn)大傾角輸送，采用T型TC型。檔邊和橫隔板是用二次硫化的方法與基帶連接的，具有很高的連接強(qiáng)度。

The high angle wavy sideband is composed of base band, sideband and diaphragm. The edge guard is used to prevent the material from sliding and scattering. In order to bypass the drum and avoid the pull damage of the baffle plate, the baffle edge is designed to be corrugated; the diaphragm plate is used to support materials. In order to realize the large angle transportation, T-type TC type is adopted. The baffle and diaphragm are connected with the baseband by the method of secondary vulcanization, with high connection strength.
