工業(yè)皮帶有工業(yè)傳動(dòng)帶、汽車傳動(dòng)帶和保送帶三大類。前兩種都屬于傳動(dòng)帶。傳動(dòng)帶用于傳送機(jī)械動(dòng)力的膠帶，包括平型傳動(dòng)膠帶和三角傳動(dòng)膠帶（V型膠帶）。由橡膠和加強(qiáng)資料（如棉帆布、人造絲、合成纖維或鋼絲等）構(gòu)成。以多層掛膠帆布、合成纖維織物、簾線和鋼絲等作抗拉層，覆合橡膠后經(jīng)成型、硫化而制成。與齒輪傳動(dòng)、鏈條傳動(dòng)相比，膠帶傳動(dòng)具有機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、噪聲小和設(shè)備本錢低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，普遍用于各種的動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)。機(jī)器上傳動(dòng)的環(huán)形帶，套在兩個(gè)皮帶輪上，多用牛皮或線蕊橡膠制成，通稱皮帶。
Industrial belt includes industrial belt, automobile belt and conveyor belt. The first two belong to the transmission belt. The belt is used for conveying mechanical power, including flat belt and triangular belt (V belt). It consists of rubber and reinforcement materials such as cotton canvas, rayon, synthetic fibers or steel wires. Storage of industrial belts
1、儲(chǔ)存時(shí)庫(kù)房溫度宜堅(jiān)持在-15~40攝氏度之間相對(duì)濕度宜堅(jiān)持在50%~80%之間。
1. Storage temperature should be between - 15 and 40 degrees Celsius and relative humidity should be between 50% and 80%.
2、在貯存和運(yùn)輸期間，應(yīng)防止陽(yáng)光直射或雨雪浸淋，堅(jiān)持清潔，避免與酸堿油類及有機(jī)溶劑等影響橡膠質(zhì)量的物質(zhì)接觸。
2. During storage and transportation, direct sunshine or rain and snow should be prevented, cleanliness should be maintained, and contact with substances such as acid-base oils and organic solvents that affect rubber quality should be avoided.
3、貯存期間應(yīng)防止使皮帶接受過大的重量而變形，避免機(jī)械損傷，不得過于彎曲和擠壓。

1、皮帶的運(yùn)用溫度范圍為:-40°-120°C。

2、請(qǐng)勿粘染油脂或其他化學(xué)品于皮帶上。
2. Do not stick grease or other chemicals to the belt.
3、皮帶裝置時(shí)工具或外力切勿直接施力于皮帶上。

4、皮帶和帶輪應(yīng)堅(jiān)持干凈，不得沾有油和水。

皮帶裝置時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，傳動(dòng)輪和傳動(dòng)軸能否垂直，傳動(dòng)軸能否平行，傳動(dòng)輪能否在同一平面，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時(shí)校正。
When the belt device is used, the transmission system, whether the transmission wheel and the transmission shaft are vertical, whether the transmission shaft is parallel, whether the transmission wheel is on the same plane, whether the problem is found, and corrected in time should be checked first.
