Cutting machine delivery belt, also known as cutting machine conveyor belt, cutting machine feeding belt, is one of the accessories of multi-function cutting machine, is a necessary part of cutting machine. Usually the vegetable cutter belts are green belts, which are extracted from natural rubber. Natural rubber is expensive, but it has many advantages such as cutting resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. As one of the essential parts of the vegetable cutter, the delivery belt plays a vital role. Vegetables must be delivered and cut through the delivery belt, because the quality requirements of the delivery belt must be strictly checked. Escort belt must have the function of durability and non-toxicity, otherwise it will be risky to enter the population.

一.硫化接頭撕裂

I. Tearing of vulcanized joints

緣由:1、改向滾筒直徑小,切菜機保送帶的接受的彎曲應力"大".

Reasons: 1. The diameter of the reversing drum is small, and the bending stress of the delivery belt of the vegetable cutter is "big".

2、硫化接頭質(zhì)量差,特別是硫化過兩次以上的,接頭強度明顯降落或日者是在膠接時帆布層被割斷,或打磨漏,此處強度減小.

3、關于可逆式的切菜機,由于上下搭接時只能一個方向,容量惹起被皮帶上的觸及掃器,卸料器等設備尖角局部刮傷.

二.切菜機保送帶縱向撕裂

緣由:1、振動沖擊惹起鞏固件松動和零落,形成 落煤管襯板導料板等墜落.

Reasons: 1. Vibration shock causes loose and scattered consolidation parts, forming falling coal pipe liner guide plate and so on.

2、物料內(nèi)混入異物,異物堅硬,有棱角, 落煤筒積煤梗塞壓死;煤中大鐵件、大塊雜物砸刮切菜機保送帶.

2. Foreign bodies are mixed in the materials, which are hard and angular, and the coal stoppage in the falling coal drum is crushed; large iron parts and large debris in the coal are crushed into the conveyor belt of the vegetable cutting machine.

3、托輥 缺損,托輥架形成.

4、切菜機保送帶嚴重跑偏后被子機架掛住.
