同步帶是以鋼絲繩或尼龍線為強(qiáng)力層,外覆聚氨酯或氯丁橡膠的環(huán)形帶,帶的內(nèi)周制成齒狀,使其與齒形帶輪嚙合。

同步帶應(yīng)用時(shí)主要參數(shù)是節(jié)距與節(jié)線,相鄰兩齒線的直線距離稱為節(jié)矩,用Pb表示。

同步帶垂直其底邊彎曲時(shí),在帶中保持原長(zhǎng)度不變的周線稱為節(jié)線,用Lp表示。

同步帶的分類:根據(jù)同步帶齒形的不同分為梯形齒和弧形齒。弧形齒又分成圓弧齒,平頂圓弧齒和凹頂拋物線齒。

同步輪材質(zhì):同步帶輪一般由鋼、鋁合金、黃銅、尼龍、塑膠等材料制造,根據(jù)材質(zhì)和用途的不同采用發(fā)黑、鍍鋅、陽(yáng)極氧化、高頻淬火等表面處理。(實(shí)際運(yùn)行工況一般做動(dòng)力傳動(dòng),需要輕量化設(shè)計(jì)與減輕負(fù)載的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量常選擇鋁合金材料+陽(yáng)極氧化處理)

同步輪內(nèi)孔連接方式:同步輪內(nèi)孔分:圓孔(免鍵襯套型)、圓孔+螺紋孔、鍵槽孔+螺紋孔、加持型孔。

圓孔:與免鍵襯套配合使用,因?yàn)闊o(wú)鍵槽而不會(huì)降低軸的強(qiáng)度,并且易于定位,同心度容易保證。(實(shí)際運(yùn)用中常用在絲桿固定端做動(dòng)力輸入或運(yùn)用在對(duì)寬度需要調(diào)節(jié)的輸送帶上面方便調(diào)整輸送帶的寬度調(diào)整)
Round hole: used with keyless bushing, because there is no keyway, it will not reduce the strength of the shaft, and it is easy to locate and ensure the concentricity. (in practical application, it is often used as power input at the fixed end of the screw rod or on the conveyor belt whose width needs to be adjusted to facilitate the width adjustment of the conveyor belt)
圓孔+螺紋孔:通過(guò)圓孔進(jìn)行定位,螺釘固定和傳動(dòng)扭矩,適用于輕負(fù)載。(實(shí)際工況很少使用這樣情況,一般對(duì)力要求不高,軸徑比較小時(shí)才做考慮,且軸上銑偏位)
Round hole + threaded hole: positioning through round hole, screw fixation and transmission torque, suitable for light load. (it is rarely used in actual working conditions. Generally, the force requirements are not high, the shaft diameter ratio is small, and the milling deviation on the shaft)
鍵槽型+螺紋孔型:由鍵槽來(lái)傳遞更大的扭矩,適用于中重負(fù)載。(選此方式)
Keyway + threaded hole: the keyway transmits greater torque, which is suitable for medium and heavy loads. (most preferred)
夾持型:通過(guò)螺栓連接,容易軸向定位。(一般不選用此方式)
Clamping type: through bolt connection, it is easy to locate axially. (this method is generally not used)
同步輪同步帶的安裝要求:安裝時(shí)需要注意帶輪軸線的平行度,各帶輪的傳動(dòng)平面位于同一平面內(nèi),防止因?yàn)閹л喥倍箮?cè)面壓緊在擋圈上,造成帶側(cè)面磨損。帶的張緊通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)距或加張緊輪來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
Installation requirements for synchronous pulley and synchronous belt: pay attention to the parallelism of pulley axis during installation. The transmission center plane of each pulley is located in the same plane to prevent the belt side from being pressed on the retaining ring due to pulley deflection, resulting in belt side wear. The belt is tensioned by adjusting the center distance or adding tensioning wheels.
