1.安裝誤差引起的跑偏
1. Deviation caused by installation error
1)輸送帶接頭不平直。
1) The belt joint is not straight.
造成輸送帶兩邊張力不均勻,輸送帶往張緊力大的一邊跑偏,針對(duì)這種情況,可以針對(duì)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)滾筒或改向滾筒的兩邊的張緊力來,如仍調(diào)整不過來需對(duì)輸送帶接頭重接。
The tension on both sides of the conveyor belt is uneven, and the conveyor belt deviates to the side with large tension. In view of this situation, the tension on both sides of the rotating drum or the steering drum can be adjusted to eliminate it. If the adjustment still fails, the conveyor belt joint needs to be reconnected.
2)機(jī)架歪斜。

機(jī)架歪斜包括機(jī)架線歪斜和機(jī)架兩邊高低傾斜,這兩種情況都會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重跑偏,并且很難調(diào)整。輸送機(jī)線歪斜,頭尾調(diào)正后,中間部位的跑偏若還糾正不過來,需對(duì)機(jī)架重新安裝。

3)導(dǎo)料槽兩側(cè)的橡膠板壓力不均勻。

由于橡膠板壓力不均勻,造成輸送帶兩邊運(yùn)行阻力不一致,引起輸送帶跑偏,這種情況的處理相對(duì)較容易,重新調(diào)整兩側(cè)橡膠板壓力即可。

1)滾筒、托輥粘料引起的跑偏。

帶式輸送機(jī)在運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,由于礦料具有一定的粘性,部分礦粉會(huì)粘沾在滾筒和托輥上,使得滾筒或托輥局部筒徑變大,引起輸送帶兩側(cè)張緊力不均勻,造成輸送帶跑偏。
After the belt conveyor has been running for a period of time, some mineral powder will stick to the roller and idler due to the certain viscosity of the mineral material, which makes the local diameter of the roller or idler larger, resulting in the uneven tension on both sides of the conveyor belt and the deviation of the conveyor belt.
2)輸送帶松弛引起的跑偏。

調(diào)整好的輸送帶在運(yùn)行一段時(shí)間后,由于輸送帶拉伸產(chǎn)生變形或老化,會(huì)使張緊力下降,輸送帶松弛,引起跑偏。
After the adjusted conveyor belt runs for a period of time, due to the permanent deformation or aging of the conveyor belt, the tension will drop, the conveyor belt will relax, causing deviation.
3)礦料分布不均勻引起的跑偏。
3) Deviation caused by uneven distribution of mineral materials.
如果輸送帶空轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)不跑偏,重負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)跑偏,說明礦料在輸送帶兩邊分布不均勻。礦料分布不均主要是礦料下落的方向和位置不正確引起的,如果礦料偏到左側(cè),則輸送帶向右跑偏;反之亦然。、

4)運(yùn)行中振動(dòng)引起的跑偏。

帶式輸送機(jī)在運(yùn)行時(shí)的機(jī)械振動(dòng)是不可避免的,運(yùn)行速度越快,振動(dòng)越大,造成的輸送帶跑偏的可能性也越大。在帶式輸送機(jī)中,托輥的徑向跳動(dòng)引起的振動(dòng)對(duì)輸送帶跑偏影響大。
The mechanical vibration of belt conveyor in operation is inevitable. The faster the running speed is, the greater the vibration is, and the greater the possibility of belt deviation is. In the belt conveyor, the vibration caused by the radial runout of the idler has a great influence on the belt deviation.
