When lifting the large angle conveyor belt, a reasonable method shall be selected. It is forbidden to directly lift the large angle conveyor belt with steel wire rope. Because of the heavy weight of the large angle conveyor belt, lifting the conveyor belt directly will cause serious losses. The correction method of lifting the large angle conveyor belt manufacturer is belt steel wire rope, lifting and roller (the length of 200 mm is greater than the belt width). The hoisting steps are as follows:

　　3.調(diào)整托輥兩側(cè)寬部及鋼絲繩，使傾角大的輸送帶兩側(cè)保持穩(wěn)定，防止輸送帶在吊裝過程中出現(xiàn)吊裝偏差。

　　3. Adjust the width of both sides of the idler and the steel wire rope to keep both sides of the conveyor belt with large inclination angle stable and prevent the conveyor belt from hoisting deviation in the hoisting process.

　　4.鐵架吊裝、輸送、裝載時，吊裝前應(yīng)測量鐵架長度，以保證高傾角輸送帶一次到位。當從鐵架內(nèi)部卸車或取下邊緣時，應(yīng)按上述方法操作。

　　大傾角輸送帶建議在吊裝高傾角輸送帶時，應(yīng)注意什么?滾筒的直徑應(yīng)符合要求，以免在折邊處受力過大而損壞皮帶。嚴禁皮帶使用鋼絲繩吊裝損壞，否則會導致皮帶斷裂。輸送帶廠家建議，提升傾角大的輸送帶時，應(yīng)增加一個保護輥。使用同一規(guī)格型號的輸送帶時，要求兩個托輥受力，防止鋼絲繩受力過大對人員和設(shè)備造成傷害。

　　What should be paid attention to when lifting the high angle conveyor belt? The diameter of the drum should meet the requirements, so as to avoid damage to the belt due to excessive stress at the hem. It is strictly prohibited to use steel wire rope to lift the belt for damage, otherwise the belt will be broken. The conveyor belt manufacturer suggests that when lifting the conveyor belt with large inclination angle, a protective roller should be added.
