1.同步帶作業(yè)時無滑動,有準確的傳動比 同步帶傳動是一種嚙合傳動,盡管同步帶是彈性體,但因為其間承受負載的承載繩具 有在拉力作用下不伸長的特性,故能堅持帶節(jié)距不變,使帶與輪齒槽能正確嚙合,完成無滑差的同步傳動,取得準確的傳動比。

4.同步帶維護保養(yǎng)便利,作業(yè)費用低 因為同步帶中承載繩選用伸長率很小的玻璃纖維、鋼絲等資料制成,故在作業(yè)過程中帶伸長很小,不需要像三角帶、鏈傳動等需常常調(diào)整張緊 力。此外,同步帶在作業(yè)中也不需要任何光滑,所以維護保養(yǎng)很便利,作業(yè)費用比三角帶、鏈、齒輪要低得多。 5.同步帶惡劣環(huán)境條件下仍能正常作業(yè) 盡管同步帶傳動與其它傳動比較有以上優(yōu)點,但它對安裝時的中心距要求等方面極其嚴厲,一起制作工藝雜亂、制作本錢高。
