1、緩沖托輥

與上蓋膠接觸的滾筒上，附著物容易堆積成塊，這就改變滾筒半徑，致使輸送帶上鋼絲繩張力不平衡若輸送帶繼續(xù)運(yùn)行，則會(huì)導(dǎo)致部分鋼絲繩斷裂事故的發(fā)生。因此為防止附著物堆積成塊，必須在帶輪上安裝好清掃裝置，尤其是頭部和尾部的清掃裝置更要完備。

4、 頭部和尾部成槽角

鋼絲繩芯輸送帶的成槽性能良好，成槽和頭部和尾部輥筒之間的成槽角往往變化很急劇，此時(shí)輸送帶邊部張力大，容易引起邊膠異常磨損傷輥筒近處的托輥，也能引起鋼絲繩斷裂事故。為避免上述事故，把帶輪近處的幾組托輥的成槽角逐漸減少，以使成槽角變化緩慢。
The grooving performance of the steel cord conveyor belt is good, and the grooving angle between the grooving and the head and tail rollers often changes rapidly. At this time, the side tension of the conveyor belt is large, which is easy to cause the abnormal abrasion of the side glue, damage the idler near the roller, and also cause the steel cord fracture accident. In order to avoid the above accidents, the grooving angle of several groups of idlers near the pulley is gradually reduced, so that the grooving angle changes slowly.
5、輸送帶上升或下降彎曲點(diǎn)時(shí)，該處產(chǎn)生張力和壓力的異常，容易使輸送帶邊膠異常磨損，也能引起鋼絲繩斷裂。為避免這些事故，彎曲點(diǎn)處曲率半徑盡可能要大，托輥的成槽角應(yīng)小些，其配置也應(yīng)密一些才好。
5. When the conveyor belt rises or falls to the bending point, there will be abnormal tension and pressure, which is easy to cause abnormal wear of the side glue of the conveyor belt and fracture of the steel wire rope. 6、鋼絲繩芯輸送帶縱裂事故是難解決的問題，采用防撕裂型鋼絲繩芯輸送帶，可以起到一定的效果，但仍需徹底搞好日常保養(yǎng)管理，才能防止縱裂事故，以下列出幾項(xiàng)防縱裂措施：

(1) The loading section of the conveyor is the area where the longitudinal tear of the conveyor belt occurs frequently, especially at the chute outlet of the transfer funnel. Therefore, it is an important link to prevent the belt from tearing. Swing shuttle type separation device and chute inclined screen can be installed here to separate large and long pieces of materials.
（2） 在物料進(jìn)入輸送帶之前的輸送環(huán)節(jié)上加裝電磁除鐵器感應(yīng)信號(hào)裝置，作為防撕裂的一道關(guān)口。
(2) The induction signal device of electromagnetic iron remover is installed on the conveying link before the material enters the conveyor belt, which is used as a gateway to prevent tearing.
（3） 改善溜槽通過能力，增加溜槽通過高度，溜槽內(nèi)隱患。

（4） 在膠帶卸料滾筒之前，漏斗之上部位設(shè)置防止膠帶被鐵件撕裂的防護(hù)板，防止鐵器與膠帶直接接觸造成膠帶劃破。
(4) Before the belt discharge roller, a protective plate is set above the funnel to prevent the belt from being torn by the iron parts, so as to prevent the belt from being scratched by the direct contact between the iron ware and the belt.
