　　花紋輸送帶由帶體和花紋部分組成。由于輸送的物料不同，輸送機的傾斜度不同，花紋的形狀和高度(深度)也不同。常用的帶式輸送機品種如下:

　　人字模式

　　Herringbone pattern

　　特點:皮帶表面有“人”圖案，比皮帶本體高，圖案有開有閉，每一種圖案可分為高、中、低三種。

　　Features: there are "human" patterns on the surface of the belt, which are higher than the belt body. Each pattern can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

　　用途:適用于輸送粉末、顆粒及小于或等于40度傾角的小物料。

　　Application: suitable for conveying powder, particles and small materials with an angle of less than or equal to 40 degrees.

　　條紋圖案

　　Stripe pattern

　　特點:帶面上有高于帶體的帶鋼花紋。圖案可分為三種類型:高、中、低。

　　Features: the belt surface has a strip pattern higher than the belt body. Patterns can be divided into three types: high, medium and low.

　　用途:適用于夾角小于或等于30度的水平輸送和包裝材料。如遇凹槽，可更換人字形。

　　Application: suitable for horizontal conveying and packaging materials with included angle less than or equal to 30 degrees. In case of groove, replace herringbone.

　　顆粒狀的

　　Granular

　　特點:帶面上有高于帶體的花紋或與帶體嵌有凹形花紋?？右部梢灾瞥煞叫慰谆蚶忡R形狀和布的模式。

　　Features: the belt surface has a pattern higher than the belt body or a concave pattern embedded with the belt body. Pits can also be made into square holes or prism shapes and cloth patterns.

　　用途:適用于軟包裝或物料輸送(如紙箱)或無滑動輸送。

　　Application: suitable for soft packing or material conveying (such as carton) or non sliding conveying.

　　坑狀花紋適用于傾角不大于45度的糧食輸送。

　　The pit pattern is suitable for grain transportation with an inclination of no more than 45 degrees.

　　風扇模式

　　Fan mode

　　特點:帶面呈半扇形(或1/4圓)。當皮帶成槽狀成扇形(或半圓形)時，成高花紋類。

　　Features: the belt surface is half sector (or 1 / 4 circle). When the belt is grooved into a sector (or semicircle), it becomes a high pattern type.

　　用途:適用于輸送粉末、顆粒及大傾角≤60度的塊狀物料。

　　Application: suitable for conveying powder, particle and block material with big angle ≤ 60 degrees.

　　花式輸送帶具有使用范圍廣、占地面積小、無轉(zhuǎn)運點、減少民間投資、維護費用低、輸送量大等特點。廣泛用于煤炭、礦山、電力、冶金、化工、輕工、食品等領(lǐng)域的物料運輸。
