水泥板：水泥板材強度高，來源廣泛。過去常用它作防火吊頂和隔墻，但其耐火性能較差，在火場中易炸裂穿孔、失去保護作用而使其應(yīng)用受到一定限制。水泥混凝土構(gòu)件的隔熱、隔聲性能好，可作為隔墻和屋面板。建材市場上陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了纖維增強水泥板等改進品種，具有強度高、耐火性能好的優(yōu)點，但韌性較差、堿度大、裝飾效果較差。

珍珠巖板、漂珠板、蛭石板：是以低堿度水泥為基材，珍珠巖、玻璃微珠、蛭石為加氣填充材料，再添加一些助劑復(fù)合而制成的空心板材。具有自重輕、強度高、韌性好、防火隔熱、施工方便等特點，可廣泛應(yīng)用于高層框架建筑物分室、分戶、衛(wèi)生間、廚房、通訊管等非承重部位。

Perlite board, floating bead board, vermiculite board: it is a hollow board made of low alkalinity cement as the base material, perlite, glass beads, vermiculite as the aerated filling material, and some additives. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, good toughness, fire prevention and heat insulation, convenient construction, etc. it can be widely used in non load bearing parts of high-rise frame buildings, such as rooms, households, toilets, kitchens, communication pipes, etc.

防火石膏板材：從石膏的防火性能被廣泛接受以來，以石膏為基材的防火板材發(fā)展很快。該板材主要成分不燃且含有結(jié)晶水，耐火性能較好，可用作隔墻、吊頂和屋面板等。該板材原料來源豐富，便于工廠定型化生產(chǎn)。在使用中，它自重較輕，可以減輕建筑承重，且加工容易，可鋸可刨，施工方便，裝飾性好，但它的抗折性能較差。影響石膏板耐火性能的因素較多，如組成成分、板的類型、龍骨種類、板的厚度、空氣層中有無填料、拼裝方式等。

更近幾年又出現(xiàn)了硅鈣石膏纖維板、雙面貼紙石膏防火板等新品種。

硅酸鈣纖維板：是以石灰、硅酸鹽及無機纖維增強材料為主要原料的建筑板材，具有質(zhì)輕、強度高且隔熱性、耐久性好、加工性能與施工性能優(yōu)良等特點，主要用于制作天花板、隔墻以及作為鋼柱、鋼梁的防火保護材料。但板材強度和彎曲性能還有待提高。

It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, heat insulation, good durability, excellent processing performance and construction performance.
